Safe / 赛飞 Terms of Service (starter version)
1. Service. Safe / 赛飞 provides network connectivity, transport-security features and related client software. Locations, routes, IP properties, speeds and third-party service availability may change. Advertised bandwidth is a plan access ceiling, not a guarantee that every user will achieve that speed at every time and location.
2. Accounts and devices. “Unlimited devices” means no fixed device-count cap is imposed by the service, but public account sharing, resale or rental to unrelated third parties is not allowed. Abusive concurrency or conduct that harms service stability may trigger controls.
3. Lawful use. You must comply with the laws applicable where you live, where you use the service and where relevant infrastructure is located. Fraud, infringement, malware, cyberattacks, unauthorized access, spam, child sexual abuse material, terrorism-related activity and other unlawful use are prohibited.
Mainland China notice: VPN and cross-border connectivity services are subject to strict regulation in mainland China. Users must use the service only where permitted by applicable law and where any required authorization has been obtained. The service must not be used to evade legal requirements or for unlawful conduct. Users are responsible for consequences of unlawful use. We may suspend or terminate service where there is reasonable evidence of a material violation or a lawful request from a competent authority. To the extent allowed by law, unused fees may be non-refundable when service is terminated for a material violation; mandatory consumer-protection rules prevail where applicable.
4. Activation codes. Once payment is confirmed, the system assigns an activation code from the inventory for the matching plan and shows the client-download links in the account. If stock is temporarily unavailable, the order enters a paid-waiting-stock state.
5. Refunds. Digital activation codes are generally delivered immediately. Refund eligibility must follow the published refund policy and applicable consumer law.
6. Privacy. Only data reasonably necessary for account operation, orders, risk control and service delivery should be collected. Do not advertise unverifiable claims such as “absolute anonymity” or “100% no logs” unless the infrastructure and audit evidence genuinely support them.
7. Changes. Terms may change with the product, law or payment methods. Material changes should be published with a version and effective date.
